SCOTT DONOGH - Building and Land Specialist

Scott Donogh comes from a family of fine homebuilders in the Puget Sound area. His grandfather, Stan Donogh, started building in the 1950’s. Scott’s father, the late Craig Donogh started building in Eastern Washington when Scott was a toddler. He eventually moved back to the Puget Sound area to live and build, up until his death in 2002. Scott’s older brother, Ryan, is also an experienced builder. With Scott’s long family history in residential construction, it is no wonder that Scott is a builder himself. He has had the opportunity to work with both his father and his brother and learn from some of the best in the Northwest. Scott prides himself in excellence. He works only with the best sub-contractors and suppliers, overseeing that an exceptional job is done by all his tradesmen. His work ethic and easygoing manner translates into producing a top notch house both inside and out. Scott believes that integrity in business is paramount. The way you treat tradesmen, suppliers, business partners and associates, will ultimately determine what kind of house will be handed on down to the homeowner. Scott believes in the Golden Rule, so homeowners can rest assure that when Scott builds a house, that it will be a house that he would be proud to live in himself!

MIKE TRAN - Land Development/Real Estate Specialist

Mike Tran brings with him experience from all sorts of fields. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, he has worked with AutoCAD, worked for a Civil Engineer firm as a Designer and has been a Project Engineer for a large mechanical firm that specializes in commercial properties. Mike has also worked as a Home Mortgage Consultant and is an accomplished Real Estate Specialist with John L. Scott. At Northwest Exceptional Homes, he brings his many skills together. He works with Scott and Rene to determine where today's families want to live, what kinds of features they want in their houses and what floor plans work best. Mike is the backbone of Northwest Exceptional Homes, whose skills are essential to making our team efficient.

RENE PHAM - Operations Manager

Rene comes to us from a background in the United States Army. Rene proudly served for four years while being stationed in Washington, Texas, Georgia and Korea. With his acquired leadership and organizational abilities from the Army and his degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Rene brings a wide skill set to Northwest Exceptional Homes. Rene is a hard worker, who like Scott is insistent on the quality of the homes he helps to build. His attention to detail helps keep the building process run smoothly. Along with Scott and Mike, Rene also designs plans and the interior of the homes. Rene is a real asset to our company and we couldn't do it without him.

Other Team Members

Northwest Exceptional Homes relies on many people to be successful. Although they are not part of the company, they provide us with the support we need. The Real Estate Specialists at John L. Scott in Renton is our sales team and help us with marketing and giving homeowners a good experience. We also work with Old Republic Title and Escrow in Kent to give seamless closings for homeowners and for us. We also would not be able to build these quality homes without all the subcontractors and suppliers who we have built relationships with over the past years they have worked with us and the rest of the Donogh family.
